Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF) will undertake a project to strengthen its public education work in Ontario by developing a more robust and up-to-date legal education program, to expand program reach and impact, and to increase branch capacity. Together with its six Ontario branches, LEAF will update and redesign educational materials to a digital-delivery format and recruit and train volunteers for workshop delivery. Workshops are delivered to youth, specifically women, girls, and gender-diverse people in areas of the law relating to reproductive rights, consent and sexual assault, and workplace rights.
