Highlights of our 50th anniversary year

The Law Foundation of Ontario turned 50 in 2024. Throughout the year, we have been highlighting our historical milestones and continuing impact. On October 9, we hosted an event that brought together people from different eras and areas of the Foundation community. It was an extraordinary opportunity to acknowledge the Foundation’s founders and recognize the diverse groups – past and present – who left an indelible mark on the Foundation and on Ontario’s nonprofit justice sector.

As we near the end of our anniversary year, we wanted to share the collection of words, videos, and images that commemorate and celebrate 50 years of advancing access to justice. We are grateful to have had you on this journey.
