To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage you to register for and become familiar with the portal as soon as possible, and well before the application’s due date.
Phasing in our new Grant Portal
We are pleased to introduce our new Grant Portal. We are rolling out the portal in phases, beginning with our 2026 Responsive Call for Applications.
In time, the portal will be the resource for all individuals applying for or managing a grant on behalf of their organization to:
- Prepare drafts, submit, and view the status of applications
- Manage payment and contact details
- View grant agreements, reports, and payment timelines
- Submit reports
Organizations and contacts
The Grant Portal houses profiles of organizations as well as accounts of the individual contacts who apply for and manage grants on behalf of their organizations.
Each contact must have their own individual account and connect themself to an organization. An organization can have multiple contacts. However, individual accounts are identified by a unique email address, therefore an email address can be connected to one individual account only.
When applying for a grant, the individual who completes the application on behalf of their organization is considered the primary contact for that application/grant. This is the person who will receive all correspondence about the application.
Each grant application and corresponding grant documentation will only be accessible through the account of the primary contact who submitted the application. (Contact your Grants Manager if your grant’s primary contact changes.)
Registering for an account
All individuals seeking to complete an application on behalf of their organization must register for an account.
When registering, carefully search for your organization before creating one in the portal to avoid duplicates.
Individual accounts are identified by a unique email address, therefore an email address can be connected to one account only.
During the registration process, individuals will be asked to activate their account, set their password, and review and update their information in the portal.

TERMS OF USE
Each person must create and use their own individual account to access the Grant Portal. Sharing login credentials is not allowed.
Sharing accounts can lead to:
- Security risks such as unauthorized access to sensitive data
- Loss of accountability for actions taken within the portal
- Violation of data protection policies
To keep your information safe:
- Never share your password with anyone
- Use a strong, unique password
- Log out when you're finished using the portal, especially on shared devices
