Donna Hall joins The Law Foundation of Ontario as Director, Human Resources and Operations

The Law Foundation of Ontario is pleased to announce the hiring of Donna Hall, ACPC, PCC, as our inaugural Director, Human Resources and Operations.

Donna is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years’ experience working in progressively senior roles in the public and nonprofit sectors. She has led organizations, big and small, through significant organizational change and transformation. She has a keen interest in learning and development and brings a wealth of experience leading employee engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

“We are very excited to welcome Donna to the Foundation,” says Lisa Cirillo, the Foundation’s CEO. “Donna’s experience and passion for championing people and systems will help us enhance and modernize our approach to developing and supporting our staff members, culture, and operations.”

Prior to joining the Foundation, Donna ran her own consulting business where she guided organizations through best and evolving HR practices on change management, employee relations, DEI, new staff onboarding and trainings, and internal coaching.

Donna held HR leadership roles at the Ontario Pension Board (OPB). As OPB’s Director of People Services, Donna provided change management support to the organization and worked as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to leaders, advising on business issues and helping to create strategic and creative solutions to resolve business issues.

Donna is a Professional Certified Coach, from Adler Graduate Professional School, and she earned her Diploma of Human Resource Management, graduating with honors, from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
