Canadian Forum on Civil Justice will undertake phase two of its longitudinal study to measure the impact and effectiveness of different types of legal interventions on the outcome of civil legal disputes in Ontario. The objective of this empirical research project is to facilitate data-based decision making in the justice sector and help improve how the justice system serves the people of Ontario.
